What we collect

Bitcoin Tracker Live does not collect personal data, does not require user accounts, and does not operate app servers that store your portfolio, alerts, or settings. The free version may display ads through Google AdMob; Pro removes ads.

Advertising

The free version may show banner ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device and ad interaction information under Google's policies. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that removes ads from the app.

Where your data lives

Your portfolio, price alerts, and settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data. We have no ability to see, access, or recover it.

Purchases

The one-time Pro unlock is processed securely by Apple through In-App Purchases (StoreKit). We never see your payment information. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and restore automatically on your other devices.

Market data

The app fetches public market data — prices, charts, on-chain statistics, and news headlines — from providers such as Coinbase, Bitstamp, Kraken, CoinGecko, CryptoCompare, mempool.space, blockchain.info, and news RSS feeds. These are standard web requests that contain no personal information about you.

Third parties

In-app purchases are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy. Ads in the free version are provided by Google AdMob and governed by Google's privacy policy.

Children's privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If our data practices ever change, the updated policy will be posted here before that version of the app ships.

Use of the app

By downloading or using Bitcoin Tracker Live (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. The App provides live Bitcoin pricing, charts, alerts, and related information. It is free to download; the free version includes core market tools and may display ads. Pro — a one-time in-app purchase — removes ads and unlocks the portfolio & sats calculator, the DCA Stack simulator, the full intelligence dashboard, and the full news feed. Users who purchased the App before it became free to download receive Pro automatically.

Purchases & refunds

Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices signed into the same account. Refunds are handled directly by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's policies.

No financial advice

The App provides market data and indicators for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App is financial, investment, or trading advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We are not liable for any losses or damages related to your use of the App.

Changes to the app

We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
